Bryndzové halušky with bacon

Ingredients

• 200 gpremade halušky
• 60 gbryndza
• 80 gbacon
• 2 tbspsour cream
• black pepper
• butter or bacon fat
• 1fried egg, optional

Steps

1. 1render the bacon until crisp and reserve the pieces
2. 2toss the cooked halušky briefly in the bacon fat
3. 3turn off the heat and fold in bryndza and sour cream until creamy
4. 4top with bacon, black pepper and the fried egg if using
